No, you must use sample bottles that will be provided by WEB Lab. If you have questions, contact us through the contact form.
You can request bottles for collecting you water samples by sending an email to Laboratory@Webaruba.com or by adding a comments to the sample package. The sample bottles are included If the WEB Lab sampling services is requested.
Instructions for collecting your water sample can be found on the back of Chain of Custody form. Follow the instructions to collect your water sample.

Each sample package is for one sample collection point. If you have multiple samples you need to choose a sample package for each sample point.
YES. The collection date and time (circle am or pm) for the water sample must be indicated on the Request for Water Analysis form. Some EPA sample testing methods have an maximum allowable holding time from the time your water sample was collected until the time of testing. Without the collection date and time, it is not possible to determine if the water sample can be tested within the holding time.

A rush charge is added to the list fee if rush services is required (3 working days after payment). The rush charge is 200% of standard analysis fees excluding the sample collecting fee. Please contact us for a rush service request at Lab@webaruba.com or through our website webaruba.com.
